Simply put, Foxhill is a private manor-house hotel in the Cotswolds, with eight unique bedrooms and suites. But that doesn’t quite do it justice. A Grade-II listed Arts and Crafts country home refreshed and revitalised for the 21st century, Foxhill Manor is a new type of stay: all the character and charm of a boutique-hotel hideaway, served up with heartfelt personal service and an easygoing at-home atmosphere.
On the same 400-acre private estate as the celebrated boutique hotel Dormy House, Foxhill Manor is similar in style but just that little bit more exclusive. The Arts and Crafts mansion, which was built in the early 20th century, has been re-designed with bedrooms and suites that guests won’t want to leave and a kitchen at their beck and call. Foxhill Manor is where couples and friends will head to enjoy a break in the heart of the Cotswolds that ticks all the boxes in a relaxed, calm and very private way.
When it comes to supper, there are no set menus or meal times at Foxhill Manor. Guests chat to the Chef about foodie preferences and a personalised four course evening meal is prepared. It is then up to guests where they enjoy it; in the dining room, in the kitchen with Chef, watching a movie or in their room – it is on their terms. There will also be a selection of house specials to choose from – available at lunch time too - or if guests are craving a particular dish or gourmet hamper, the team will do their best to rustle it up.
